When I asked Aidan’s mom about her vision for her session, she immediately told me about how important family pictures were and especially sibling photos. Big sister Cecilia is the most adorable 2.5 year old and she loves her baby brother! With that being said there is no surprise that she was full of energy and curious about the new surroundings in the studio. There was some bribing involved but she was ready to have pictures with baby Aidan. She was so careful and gentle! Mom dressed her to perfection and she had pink toe nails.. can’t get any more cute than this.

Right after this sibling shots, Cece wasn’t too excited for family photos. This is totally understandable and there is nothing wrong with this. We still managed to get funny and cute images of the whole family! The most important thing is for parents to keep it cool and not try to force them to do anything. I have all the patience in the world so we will make it work.

While I was taking photos with mom alone, something amazing happen and I am so excited that I captured it! As soon as I placed Aidan in mom’s arms, he extended his arm to gently tough her cheek! It was such a beautiful moment!

For the baby portion of the session, Mom wanted some pops of color and she fell in love with sage green which is one of my favorite colors! This baby boy couldn’t get any cuter! He had the most adorable cheeks!

Mom was for sure that she only wanted digital images. But once she saw how beautiful and unique our Heirloom Wood Prints are she could’t resist them! It makes me so happy when clients decide to get beautiful Heirloom products! Everything I offer is handmade, archival and completely unique.
